It is often found more in women as well, even more so with those that are on their menstruation cycle. Children can also me more susceptible.

How Can You Avoid It?

There really is no sure fire way to avoid it, but you can take a few steps to make sure you have a good shot at it. You usually want to choose the seats that are closest to the wings of the plane, as this is the quietest part of the plane. Focus on a fixed point ahead of you and concentrate on it as much as possible instead of trying to distract yourself. That may only cause more damage. There are over the counter medications that you can get, along with a few natural remedies that can help too. If you fly a lot, you are also going to be less likely to get sick again. That is what the military and other organizations use when they have a pilot that gets sick. They keep having them fly, and eventually their body adjusts to it.
